Exceptional service! I had an issue with my car shaking when getting up to highway speeds. We previously bought the tires at Skander about a year ago and another shop deemed the issue not fixable/need for new tires. My husband reported the issue to Skander, but I took it in for servicing. Alex and Travis took great care in looking into my concerns and explaining solutions along the way. Alex was especially great at ensuring I was informed and educated (especially as someone with little technical car knowledge). Ultimately, they determined the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable cost. The visit should have been much more costly, but they took care of me. We will certainly be back to Skander for tire and other repair needs and you should too!

Skander Tire went above and beyond when they examined my tire that had low pressure and determined, after multiple tests, that it was actually not leaking and then did not charge me, even though they spent their time and effort making this determination. I keep returning to Skander because they do great work and are very professional. On my most recent visit, I asked them to check a tire that seems to have a slow leak. They removed the wheel+tire from my car, submerged it in water and looked for bubbles. Oddly, they couldn't find any. This suggests that someone in my neighborhood is playing pranks on me and slightly deflating my tire (on two separate but closely-spaced occasions!). Skander did not charge me for their work. We agreed that I will continue monitoring the situation to see what happens next. In any case, Skander was extremely pleasant, polite, and professional! They continue to earn my repeat business every time!
